Department Name: Voter Services Position Title: Voter Services Specialist/Call Center Associate Pay Rate: $17/hr. Assigned Work Location:ESC - Tampa, FL 33619 Hours: Standard 8:00am – 5:00pm with the availability to work earlier, later and weekends
Job qualifications:
Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures
Ability to use a computer and adapt to software programs
Ability to type efficiently with attention to detail when entering data
Ability to speak, read and write English effectively
Ability to multitask between various job duties
Available to work extended hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary
Ability to sit for an extended period of time
Ability to work in a team environment towards a common goal
Customer service experience
Graduation from High School or possession of a GED certificate
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Processes voter record changes and updates
Responds to voter inquiries via phone, email, and face to face
