Job Description


Position Title: Voter Services Specialist/Call Center Associate
  • Pay Rate: $17/hr.
  • Assigned Work Location:  ESC
  • Hours: Standard 8: 00am – 5: 00pm with the availability to work earlier, later and weekends

Illustrative job duties:
  • Processes voter record changes and updates.
  • Responds to voter inquiries via phone, email, and face to face.
  • Monitors and responds to public inquiries through email, phone and written correspondence.
  • Provides front line customer service and reception services to those who visit and call the office.
  • Receives and processes incoming mail.

Job qualifications:
  • · Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures
  • · Ability to use a computer and adapt to software programs
  • · Ability to type efficiently with attention to detail when entering data
  • · Ability to speak, read and write English effectively
  • · Ability to multitask between various job duties
  • · Available to work extended hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary
  • · Ability to sit for an extended period of time
  • · Ability to work in a team environment towards a common goal
  • · Customer service experience
  • · Graduation from High School or possession of a GED certificate
  • · Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
