Rigger/Assembler Job Responsibilities:
Selects products, such as hooks, sleeves, shackles, wire rope, etc. according to fabrication ticket.
Assembles, fabricates, and repairs
Measure chain and rope to specific length and select correct diameter.
Controls movement of forklift through narrow openings and tight spaces.
Tag products with proper identification and warnings.
Inspect rigging assemblies according to industry, and OSHA standards.
Complete product quality control inspections and complete appropriate paperwork.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Report any incidents (spills, accidents, injuries, unsafe concerns, and quality concerns).
Rigger/Assembler Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Math aptitude
Pass a background and drug screen
Sense of urgency and self-motivation; able to work independently and with others.
