Receptionist/Data Entry Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, and screen inbound calls, direct inbound faxes
Greet & assist visitors, announce and direct to proper party
Answer routine questions from callers
Perform routine data entry, copying, and filing
Compose/edit correspondence as directed (Word/Publisher)
Prepare standard reports from materials provided (Excel)
Receive incoming mail and sort to proper department
Manage general office supplies requirements
Become familiar with and oversee usage of office equipment, maintain supplies, arrange for repair/service
Support sales operations by maintaining files/forms, obtaining & forwarding information
Assemble customer information binders from materials provided
Present a welcoming environment in the reception/conference/kitchen; keeping the area neat & organized and maintaining supplies as needed
