Job Description

Location: Groveland, FL 34736Pay Rate: $17/hr.Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch break

AP/AR Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, clients, and visitors.

  • Request information from visitors, including name and reason for visit.

  • Direct customers to appropriate offices or individuals.

  • Operate telephone switchboard and make appointments.

  • Sort and process mail as needed.


What will you need as a AP/AR Administrative Assistant?

  • High School Degree or Equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Teams

  • Good customer service skills

  • Accounting background/AP experience preferred

  • Must not have any felonies in the last 7 years

  • Must pass a 10-panel drug test
