Quality Technician Shift/Pay Rate:Schedule:
Open Availability including weekends
1st shift (start time and end time may vary slightly depending on audit and investigation needs).
Pay Rate: $18.75-26.44 based on experienceQuality Technician Responsibilities:
Support the various departments in assuring that the requirements of the customer(s) and quality management system are being met throughout each department
Trains and motivates team members to achieve desired efficiency, proficiency, cooperation, morale; maintains awareness of quality and procedures, work instructions, processes and ensures employees adherence.
Maintains all internal calibrations.
Perform and/or Review First Article Inspections (FAI’s)
Ensuring test equipment and tools are calibrated and working correctly.
Assists with investigations for root causes and corrective actions.
Attend meetings as required.
What will you need as a Quality Technician?
Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, and other software programs such as ERP systems.
Must be competent in the use of measuring instruments such as (calipers, micrometers, tape measure, webster).
Knowledge of or the ability to learn testing and measuring equipment (Instron (tensile testing) and Keyence (measurements).
Ability to accurately read, interpret and explain blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications and standards.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test
