Job Description

Position: Production Assembly Technician
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (occasional Saturday if needed)
Pay Rate: $18/hr-20/hr
Location: Credit Card Manufacturing Company

Qualifications:
  • Min 2-3 years of lab experience
  • Must be capable of taking simple measurements using calipers and micrometers
  • Must have good written and communication skills for documentation
  • Must be able to use computers; communicate via email, understand and toggle between different software.
  • MUST BE an actively engaged person. This position requires constant diligence and quality checks and process improvement as well as the ability to identify and fix minor mechanical issues with machines

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory and manufacturing equipment, materials, and reagents.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
  • Assist in quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Assist in setting up experiments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Maintain detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results.
  • Assemble components and sub-assemblies accurately according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, quality inspections, and any deviations from the standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and supervisors, to optimize production processes and achieve production goals.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality...

  • Scales and measures
  • Document record forms, batch records
  • Lab testing
  • Physical product testing
  • Filing and managing paperwork such as SOPs, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
