Overnight Supervisor responsibilities:
Resolve disputes between employees.
Reporting to HR and senior management
You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance
Train new hires
Manage their team's schedule and responsibilities
Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
Approving work hours. Ensure great customer service at all levels.
Lead by example, and ensure the highest level of customer service
