Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance operational functions by ensuring practices, procedures and standards are upheld via frequent communications, monitoring digital operations activity in system, and consistent but random drop ins on properties and projects
Meet with with lenders and other professionals as needed per owner request
Source and meet with general and sub contractors for larger outsourced projects - negotiate ahead and oversee during
Work closely with Owners, communicating frequently to stay in loop on any major problems be they construction, operational, financial and making sure company is running to Owners' wishes and standards
Work Closely with Owners on improving existing properties to Owners' designs, sourcing and exploring new property acquisition opportunities as well as means to finance/fund same
What will you need in this Operations Manager position?
Previous property Management experience preferred
Management of maintenance of internal teams, service providers, subcontractors and overall project management
