Medical Biller Responsibilities:
Reviews patient balances to ensure they are accurate.
Processes and reviews reports within the billing system to research information required to complete the patient collection process.
Answers questions from check out regarding patient copays, deductibles and outstanding balances.
Correct claims and resubmit as necessary.
Handles phone inquiries from patients regarding balances.
Confirm and verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
Any other duties as assigned.
What will you need as a Medical Biller?
Must have 3-5 years of Billing Experience
Must be reliable and dependable
Women’s care or infertility experience preferred
Proficient computer skills with the ability to function on an Electronic Medical Record
