Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle runs and reconditioning to ensure inventory is auction-ready and meets client expectations.
Review condition reports, identify past repairs, and verify vehicle quality standards.
Work closely with internal teams to keep operations on track and compliant with Cox and NAAA guidelines.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and aim to resolve issues quickly.
Assist in reviewing the sale line-up, locating missing vehicles, and ensuring all units are ready with account representatives.

What will you need as an Customer Account Representative?
Valid FL Driver's License
Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude!
Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations
Ability to work in an outside environment for 80% of the day, including the heat, sun, & rain.
Ability to stand for entirety of shift
Must not have any felonies in the last 7 years
Must pass a 5-panel drug test
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
