Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
General site maintenance
Keep lot clean including trimming trees, filling potholes, running street sweeper, and disposing of trash throughout the lot and property
Sweep and clean floors using manual tools and equipment
Operate a street sweeper and floor scrubber to maintain clean surfaces
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors
What will you need as a Maintenance Technician?
Valid FL Driver's License
Ability to work in an outside environment, including the heat and sun
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8hrs)
