Maintenance Tech /Pay/location/:
  • Shift: Monday to Friday from 7AM – 4PM
  • Pay rate: $18 - $20
  • Location: Tampa Fl 33619

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
  • Construct, alter, and repair metal materials/surfaces
  • Design, layout, and fabricate metal parts and other objects
  • Estimate required materials for maintenance projects
  • Maintain routine records of work orders and maintains activities
  • Maintain/repair counters, cabinets, bleachers, and other equipment
  • Operate machines and equipment
  • Perform all types of welding
  • Perform building maintenance duties
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the concerned authority
  • Provide assistance to other maintenance trades projects
  • Report equipment problems to the management
  • Repairs old equipment and keeps it in good condition

What will you need as an Maintenance Tech
  • Ability to read/interpret technical documents
  • Ability to work in small spaces
  • Able to handle electrical/manual tools
  • Familiar with relative safety standards
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess outstanding attention to detail
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
