Job qualifications:
2 years direct supervisory/management experience or an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year degree granting college or university
Hands-on experience with the installation and uses of Microsoft Products such as office suites (2016 to 2022 and o365 versions), active directory (basic knowledge), computer hardware and software troubleshooting, basic network appliances (switches, access pints and firewalls)
Self-motivated and team oriented
Strong oral and written communication skills
Possession of a valid and current FL Driver License with no more than seven points
Illustrative job duties:
Provide technical assistance to all office locations within Hillsborough County
Monitor, track and respond to helpdesk tickets as requests are made
Escalate situations to management requiring urgent attention
Setup and deploy new computer systems and perform routine maintenance to include desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Complete user setups including hardware, software, and systems access
Providing technical support and troubleshooting as required
Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations
Assist with organization video, badge access security, and phone system
Scan suspicions emails from our spam inbox
Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system
Assist with onsite servicing, preparation, testing and setup of EPoll Books and associated early voting equipment
Assist with maintaining and updating Apple equipment
Provide troubleshooting network connections and end user support to early voting suites
