Position: Customer Service Scale Operator

Company: Recycling Company

Admin Shift/Pay Rate:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
  • Temp to Perm

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Interacting and building relationships with customers.
  • Scan, copy, and organize important documents and files.
  • Issuing/Collecting customer payments.
  • Responsible for filing paperwork and signing checks.

What will you need in this Customer Service position?
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Logistics/Scale Experience (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of Customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Able to collaborate with others.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a 5 - panel drug test
  • Must pass a 7 year background check
