Bilingual Customer Service Scale Operator Responsibilities:
Assist with inbound and outbound calls.
Greet and assist truck drivers entering and exiting the facility
Operate the truck scale system and accurately document inbound/outbound weights
Walk between the office and truck scale area (including stairs)—this is an active position with lots of movement throughout the day
Enter data and keep records of shipments, drivers, and loads
Communicate clearly with staff, drivers, and supervisors in both English and Spanish
Interacting and building relationships with customers.
Scan, copy, and organize important documents and files.
Issuing/Collecting customer payments.
Responsible for filing paperwork and signing checks.
