Customer Service Representative

StaffEx is currently hiring FIVE Customer Service Representatives for a vacation rental property management company in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. They offer 8 hour shifts between 8 am- 10 pm. (Must be open to weekends and holidays.) The hourly pay rate is $15 with excellent benefits package after probationary period.
The Customer Service Representatives responsibilities include receiving information via telephone/email and appropriately coordinating and responding to guest requests, questions and inquiries. The CSR will act as a liaison between guests and management or other departments to resolve issues. Must possess the skill to discern when to escalate complex issues to management in order to ensure the guests receive consistent and timely service. Sales will be a part of the job duties, the CSR must have the ability to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and assist guests by selling future reservations.
- Flexibility of schedule; ability to work days/nights, weekends and holidays as necessary
- Ability to keep accurate records (email, applications/programs, etc.)
- Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Must be time efficient and detail-oriented and possess problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and work within several computer applications at the same time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO THE PONTE VEDRA AREA DAILY!**
