Collections Specialist Work Hours/Pay/location/Industry

Collections Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

Review customer aging and address delinquencies
Respond to customers request for invoice and statement copies via phone, email and fax
Call customers with past due balances to determine reason for delayed payment
Resolve customer issues and process credits and repayments
Identify unapplied cash payments and submit requests to match up payments and invoices
Request tax exemption certificates and ensure accounts maintain current exemption status
Submit electronic billing through customer portals

Collections Specialist Requirements:
