StaffEx is currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative for a company in the Tampa area. You will assist with escalated customers complaints, survey, and refunds through inbound calls and emails. The ideal candidate will have call center, data entry, and customer service experience. They need to be computer savvy and have excellent communication skills. It is important to be very energetic and highly motivated as well.

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Other Information: Temp-Hire Position, Monday-Friday hours varies between 1st shift (9/10am to 5/6 pm).

Job Duties will include:

The ideal candidate will be conducting daily inbound relationship calls, capturing pertinent data to increase our knowledge of the potential customer and their needs, entering and updating information in Company database and set appropriate follow-up.

Skills and Experience:

- Bilingual (English & Spanish)

- Thorough understanding of computer software/browser

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Ability to type (keyboard) at 80 WPM

- Able to work on own initiative

- Quick learner

- Problem Solving Skills

- Good time management

- Available out of regular shift hours once hired FT

Requirements
  • Motivated and Driven Personality
  • Customer Service and great phone skills
  • Excellent knowledge of basic MS office
  • No felonies within the past 7 years
  • Pass a urine drug screening
