Bilingual Customer Service- Spanish

StaffEx is currently hiring a Bi-lingual (Spanish) Logistics Customer Service Representative for a leading distribution company on the Northside of the Jacksonville area. The hours are Monday-Friday; 8am to 5pm, 8: 30 am- to 5: 30pm, or 9am to 6pm. The hourly pay rate is $18. The company offers excellent benefits after probationary period.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling outbound and inbound shipments, providing input and completing freight bills, preparing and reviewing invoices and documents for accuracy, preparing invoices, bill of ladings, and other freight related documentation for commercial freight invoices and for ocean & air cargo. Other responsibilities will include organizing pick-up schedules as applicable for cargo, requesting bills of lading from shipping lines, and processing new rate requests, especially during the booking portion.
*Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently
*Must have at least 1 year experience in import/export logistics
*Must have a high school diploma, college degree preferred but not required
*Must be organized, detail-orientated, and proficient with computers
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO THE NORTHSIDE DAILY!**
