Job Description
Position: Customer Service/Clerk
Industry: Tampa International Airport
Location: Tampa, FL Pay: $14.50/hr.
Hours: Open, 2 consecutive days of, 3rd shift 11pm-730am/2nd shift 3pm-1130pm. Must have weekend availability

Clerk responsibilities:
· Review and audit all daily cashier shifts and provide recurring training as necessary· Establish and coordinate cashier schedules, when requested including lunch breaks· Work closely with all supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels and replacement requirements· Work closely with shift leaders to ensure external facilities(short term, long term and economy parking areas) are operating sufficiently and are well maintained.· Establish and maintain supply inventories for all aspects of the operations including ticket replenishment, service supplies and maintenance· Report and discuss daily activity and incidents with the relief supervisor to ensure all relevant events of the day are covered at the beginning & end of the shifts· Lead by example, and ensure the highest level of customer service
The ideal Clerk will posses the following:
· Ability to work effectively with others· Ability to follow established procedures· Graduation from high school or possession of a GED certificate· Ability to lead by example
