Position: Resident MonitorLocation: Jacksonville, FLPay Rate: $16/hr.Hours: Monday to Friday, 2PM to 11:30PM
Resident Monitor Responsibilities:· Monitor residents and ensure a safe and secure environment.· Wash, dry, fold, and organize bed linens, towels, and other laundry.· Make and change residents’ beds as needed.· Maintain clean and organized resident living areas and common spaces.· Complete administrative duties, including filing, documenting resident information, answering phones, and maintaining daily logs.· Assist with resident check-ins, check-outs, and other routine facility procedures.· Report incidents, maintenance issues, or resident concerns to supervisors.· Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
What will you need as a Resident Monitor?· High school diploma or GED preferred.· Previous experience in residential care, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.· Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting laundry, making beds, and standing for extended periods.· Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
