Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Execute packaging tasks while adhering to company standards for quality and safety.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary.
Qualifications of a Warehouse Associate:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills: Basic computer skills
Working Environment: Warehouse setting; moderate noise; well-ventilated and well-lit; possible exposure to weather; protective clothing/PPE may be required; operates heavy equipment; strict safety regulations
Physical Requirements: Physically strenuous work; lift up to 50 lbs; use hand tools
