Sales & Customer Service Responsibilities:
Analyzing customer purchase orders and submittals
Pricing and processing orders
Solving customer delivery and material challenges
Servicing an established customer base
Interacting with operations on behalf of the customer
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Preferably have previous hollow-metal, commercial doors or related industry experience
Ability to read and interpret technical documents (i.e. Door schedules and architectural drawings)
Ensure compliance with standards and specifications
Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
Be an effective communicator
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Mathematically inclined (specifically fractions and decimals).
