Requirements:
• 2 years direct customer services/call center experience or an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year degree granting college or university • Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures • Ability to use a computer and adapt to software programs • Ability to type efficiently with attention to detail when entering data • Ability to speak, read and write English effectively • Ability to multitask between various job duties • Available to work extended hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary • Ability to sit for an extended period of time • Ability to work in a team environment towards a common goal • Customer service experience • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
