StaffEx is currently hiring a Receptionist with strong administrative assistance entry-like experience for our client in the St. Petersburg who deals with marine and ocean products. We are looking to place a qualified candidate as soon as possible. This position will be a full-time, temporary opportunity that could lead to a permanent role, 1st shift opportunity (8am-5pm) that will pay $10/hr.

The ideal Receptionist candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable handling a multi-line phone system and directing calls properly. This role will be the first point of contact for customers and must maintain an upbeat attitude at all times. Will be responsible for handling basic administrative duties as well such as handling emails in MS Outlook, utilizing MS Excel and Word, faxing/filing/scanning, and handling special projects as assigned.
