StaffEx is currently hiring Guest Services Agents for a vacation rental property management company in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. They offer 8 hour shifts between 8 am- 10 pm. (Must be open to weekends and holidays.) The hourly pay rate is $15 with excellent benefits package after probationary period.
The Guest Relations Agents responsibilities include receiving information via telephone/email and appropriately coordinating and responding to guest requests, questions and inquiries. The agent will act as a liaison between guests and management or other departments to resolve issues. Must possess the skill to discern when to escalate complex issues to management in order to ensure the guests receive consistent and timely service. The agent must have the ability to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and assist guests by selling future reservations.

Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional manner
Must be time efficient and detail-oriented and possess problem solving skills
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer proficiency
Ability to multi-task and work within several computer applications at the same time
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
