StaffEx is currently hiring a Coil Assembler for a local manufacturing company in the Oldsmar area. The position will be working Monday- Thursday 6 AM- 4: 30 Pm with overtime hours on Friday and Saturday. The pay rate ranges from $12-$15 DOE.
The perfect candidate will have experience in connected wire cords with electrical connectors and fastened parts together with bolts, screws and other fasteners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled by following engineering drawings and work instructions
Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners
Connects wire cords with electrical connectors
Operates drill presses or miscellaneous air hand tools to assist in assembly operation
Measures, marks, and scribe s dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece as guides for subsequent assembly
Starts and observes machine operation (Bridgeport-fly cut) to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls as required
Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly using two-part epoxy filler
Operates welding equipment to weld parts, if required
Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications.

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months related experience and/or training.
